  • Description
"Mi palpita il cor HWV 132" is a secular cantata dating from the years 1706-1710, which the young Handel spent in Italy. This work is known in three different versions, all of which had been published in the 19th century as part of the Händel-Gesellschaft edition. This new edition gives priority to the setting for alto and obbligato flute (HWV 132c) transmitted in several contemporary copies.
