the ecumenical cantata cycle "DAS GEISTLICHE JAHR" views the Sundays and feast days of the church year from the most varied perspectives of interpretation. The texts all allude to the Gospel of the respective day. The music of the cantatas - all very different in form and setting - relates all the structures of the notes to an all-interval chord.
